2. Payment Terms:

Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination.

3. Project Timelines:

Project timelines will be communicated upon agreement. Delays caused by client-related issues, such as content submission delays, may impact the project timeline.

4. Content Submission:

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, etc.) for the website. Roobaroo India will not be held liable for delays caused by late content submissions.

5. Revisions:

Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as per the agreed-upon package. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

6. Website Ownership:

Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the website design. Roobaroo India retains the right to display the project in its portfolio.

7. Hosting and Domain:

Clients are responsible for providing necessary hosting and domain information. Roobaroo India can offer assistance but does not provide hosting or domain registration services.

8. Communication:

Timely communication is crucial for project progress. Both parties agree to respond promptly to inquiries and requests for information.

9. Refund Policy:

Refunds are not applicable once the project has commenced. In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Roobaroo India.

10. Confidentiality:

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this agreement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to resolution in the courts of India.

Roobaroo India reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
